Yes, students are allowed to work 20 hrs per week and full time during vacations.

Is there any application fee?

Do I have to pay fee before the visa?

If your course in not under HETAC than you don’t have to pay the fee at the time of lodgment. For other institutes if your fee less than 6000 Euros you should pay before the visa application.
